We reserve the right to remove a student from a program if behavior or safety concerns arise, with or without refund depending on the situation.

All curriculum, materials, videos, images, logos, and content provided through our Services are the property of Prime Factor or our content partners.
Families and students may not:

Students may use materials only for personal learning.

We request explicit permission from parents/guardians before using student photos, videos, or work samples in newsletters, marketing materials, or on our website.

For online programs, families agree to:

We may remove a student from an online session if behavior disrupts learning or compromises safety.
