A parent or legal guardian must complete
all registrations for minors.

camps, and related materials focused on math and computer science
enrichment. Services may be delivered in person or online.

quality and safety.
3. User Responsibilities
Families using our Services agree to:

- Ensure that students attend programs on time and follow behavior expectations.
- Communicate any relevant learning, accessibility, or safety needs.
- Supervise students appropriately before and after program hours.
- Ensure that students participating online have a safe, supervised environment and appropriate technology.
We reserve the right to remove a student from a program if behavior or safety concerns arise, with or without refund depending on the situation.
4. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
Program fees must be paid at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
Policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes are posted on Our Policies page. By registering, you agree to follow those policies.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide refunds or credits as appropriate.
5. Intellectual Property
All curriculum, materials, videos, images, logos, and content
provided through our Services are the property of Prime Factor or
our content partners.
Families and students may not:
- Copy, distribute, or publicly share curriculum or materials.
- Record classes or events without written permission.
- Use our content for commercial purposes.
Students may use materials only for personal learning.
6. Photo, Video, and Student Work
We request explicit permission from parents/guardians before using
student photos, videos, or work samples in newsletters, marketing
materials, or on our website.
Families may update or revoke
permissions at any time by contacting us.
7. Technology Use and Online Safety
For online programs, families agree to:
- Provide a stable internet connection and appropriate device.
- Ensure students use respectful and safe online behavior.

- Notify us immediately of any technical or safety concerns.
We may remove a student from an online session if behavior disrupts learning or compromises safety.

9. Limitation of Liability
