Math Kangaroo
March 18, 2027
The Math Kagaroo international contest for grades 1-12 promotes creative problem-solving and a love of mathematics. Prime Factor is an official Math Kangaroo testing center. Registration opens in September on Math Kangaroo website. Search for "Prime Factor at Overlake" center.
AMC8 and AMC10/12 Contests
Fall 2026 - Winter 2027
The American Mathematics Competitions (AMC) are the nation's premier mathematics competitions for middle and high school students, designed to develop problem-solving skills and mathematical thinking. Prime Factor welcomes students from throughout the area to take the exams. We will host AMC 10/12 in November and AMC 8 in January. Registration information will be available here in the fall.

Since 2013, Prime Factor has designed and hosted hands-on Logic Land Math Festivals that invite children and families to explore mathematics through puzzles, games, and creative challenges. Our most recent festival took place in May 2026.
